On a journey spanning over 20 years, we’ve seen an incredible evolution for luxury homewares specialist Plane Tree Farm, but one aspect of the brand has never changed…
Plane Tree Farm founder and director Jenifer Cross, first engaged us in 1996 to restyle her brand’s image. Her objective was to be seen as the ultimate destination for luxury bedding, fragrances and homewares. We applied her new brand across all touch points including stationery, signage, packaging and marketing collateral.
Since then, we’ve had an ongoing and collaborative relationship with the brand, providing everything from marketing strategy to execution.
In 2007 we developed a CMS e-commerce website to make Plane Tree Farm accessible to the world. Other strategies included print and email marketing, online and social media competitions, database harvesting and customer loyalty programs.
We’ve also been heavily involved in the photography for the brand, taking many of the beautiful shots ourselves and art directing the entire visual strategy.
Most recently in 2014, we revamped the website to be fully compatible with mobile devices, including the latest Google SEO requirements.
Like all successful brands, Plane Tree Farm has continually reinvented itself, but importantly, without changing one its most critical core values, quality.
