We’ve enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Alfred health, during which we’ve assisted them to achieve communications goals as well as streamline their marketing.
One example is when we turned three newsletters into one – sounds like magic, but actually it involved some strategic thinking.
There are three hospitals under the Alfred Health banner; The Alfred, Caulfield Hospital and Sandringham Hospital. We were approached to redesign their three internal newsletters, catering to each location. A unique style was created for each; however the Alfred Health communications team were stretched for time and resources.
Trying to consistently develop content for three ongoing editions was tough for the Alfred Health PR Department.
So, we proposed a simple solution, combining the three newsletters into one – reducing printing costs and freeing the team to work on other projects. It was a great success.
Other projects we’ve worked on include the reopening of Sandringham Hospital as well as the Great Australian Bike Ride fundraiser – which raised a record amount of money during our involvement.
Working with health organisations involves a special approach. As ‘brand curators’ we have the task of using established branding to create new direction, with the sincere, sensitive and confident approach that’s critical to the health industry.
And it’s an industry we continue to be passionate about.
